Horizons Cohort 3a have managed to complete a level 3 OCN in facilitative Leadership. This is the 3rd group to be complete the course  through Horizon in as many years however cohort 3a have been the first group to do the course in the new more intense format meaning they were able to get the qualification over two weekends as opposed to the original 4 weekend format. The group will now join cohorts 1 & 2 at the senior conference this year where they will be given access to material they can deliver to students in their own school. This is part of Horizons peer learning program which is due to launch properly in the latter half of the year, funding dependant. Due to the new streamlined course and by popular demand, we are now able to train 2 groups in the one year and as a result cohort 3b will begin training in may of this year.
